Shipping And Delivery

1. General

You will always be informed in connection with the collection of personal information about you. The personal data that we collect may include, for example, your name, your e-mail address, your home address, your telephone number and similar identification information, information about an online purchase and about your navigation on the website.

2. Shipping costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight, dimensions and destination of the items in the order. Payment for shipping is charged at the time of purchase. This price will be the final price for shipping costs to the customer.

3. Returns

3.1 Return Due To Change Of Mind

Lux Dream Online is happy to accept returns due to change of mind as long as a return request is received by us within 5 days of receipt of the item and is returned to us in original packaging, unused and fit for sale. Return shipping is at the customer’s expense and will be required to arrange their own shipping. Once returns are received and accepted, refunds will be processed to store credit for a future purchase. We will notify you when this is completed via email. (Lux Dream Online) will refund the value of the returned items, but will NOT refund the value of shipping paid.

3.2 Warranty Returns

Lux Dream Online will be happy to honor any valid warranty claim provided that a claim is made within 90 days of receipt of the goods. Customers will be asked to prepay the return shipping, but we will refund you once the warranty claim is successful. When receiving goods back for warranty claims, you can expect Lux Dream Online to process your warranty claim within 7 days. Once the warranty claim is confirmed, you will receive the choice of
(a) refund to your payment method (b) a refund in store credit (c) a replacement item sent to you (if stock is available)

4.1 Transit Time Domestically

In general, domestic shipments are in transit for 2 – 7 days

4.2 Transit time Internationally

Generally, orders shipped internationally are in transit for 4 – 22 days. This varies greatly depending on the courier you have chosen. We are able to offer a more specific estimate when you select your courier at checkout.

4.4 Change Of Delivery Address

For requests to change the delivery address, we can change the address at any time before the order is shipped.

4.5 P.O. Box Shipping

Lux Dream Online ships to P.O. box addresses that only use postal services. We are unable to offer courier services to these locations.

4.6 Military Address Shipping

We are able to ship to military addresses using USPS. We are unable to provide this service using courier services

4.7 Items Out Of Stock

If an item is out of stock, we will wait for the item to be available before shipping your order. Existing items in the order will be reserved while we await this item.

4.8 Delivery Time Exceeded

If the delivery time has exceeded the expected time, please contact us so that we can investigate.

5. Tracking Notifications

Upon shipment, customers will receive a tracking link from which they will be able to follow the progress of their shipment based on the latest updates provided by the shipping provider.

6. Parcels Damaged In Transit

If you discover that a package is damaged during shipping, you must, if possible, reject the package from the courier and contact our customer service. If the package has been delivered without you being present, please contact customer service with the next step.

7. Duties & Taxes

Sales tax is already charged to the price of the goods as shown on the website

7.2 Import Duties & Taxes

For international shipments, import duties and taxes may be required. pre-calculate these costs and display them at checkout and give customers the choice to pre-pay these duties and taxes or choose to pay them separately upon arrival in your destination country. encourage customers to prepay duties and taxes as prepaying these will facilitate a faster delivery time as they will be less likely to face delays at customs in their destination country. If you refuse to pay the duties and taxes upon arrival in your country of destination, the goods will be returned at the customer’s expense and the customer will receive a refund for the value of the goods paid, less the cost of the return shipment. The cost of the first shipment is not refundable.

8. Cancellations

If you change your mind before you have received your order, we can accept cancellations at any time before the order has been dispatched. If an order has already shipped, please see our refund policy.

9. Insurance

Packages are insured for loss and damage up to the value specified by the courier.

9.1 Process for parcel damaged in transit

We will process a refund or exchange as soon as the courier has completed their investigation of the claim.

We will process a refund or exchange as soon as the courier has carried out an investigation and determined that the package is lost.
