These sales and delivery conditions apply to the purchase of goods at www.luxdream.dk
Payment
We accept payment with: Dankort, Visa, Visa Electron, Eurocard/Mastercard, Klarna, Paypal, MobilePay and **bank transfer. The amount is only deducted from your account when the goods are dispatched from Luxdream. An amount greater than what you have approved at the time of purchase can never be withdrawn.
When choosing bank transfer, please pay the amount within 7 days, otherwise your order will be canceled automatically.
*In the case of custom-made goods, the full amount will be deducted before production begins.
Custom-made goods are products that are defined by the customer: as special measures of e.g. tablecloths and bed linen, on name towels with woven-in name and special embroidery according to the customer’s specifications or individual measurements. In the case of custom-made goods, the purchase cannot be cancelled.
Delivery
Delivery takes place within 1-3 working days after receipt of the order. If the products are not in stock at the time of ordering, delivery is expected within 15 working days. We will contact you as soon as possible for further information.*
Specially sewn/custom-made goods are delivered within 15 working days.
Luxdream provides delivery, according to your wishes, with either GLS Pakkeshop, GLS Erhverv or GLS Privat.
Freight
Free shipping on purchases over PKR 600.00. All prices are incl. VAT and other charges.
30-day right of return from the time of purchase
When exchanging goods on www.luxdream.dk, you must order a new item on www.luxdream.dk and the money will be paid for the returning goods. The 30-day right of return also includes sale items. However, you do not have the option to exchange purchases of goods that have been manufactured to your specifications or individual measurements, for example tablecloths, bed linen, branded terry etc.
Right of return
You have the right to cancel an agreement without reason within 30 days. The cancellation period has been met if you send your notice that you regret the purchase before the cancellation period has expired. You regret by notifying us that you regret. You can send an e-mail to info@luxdream.dk stating that you regret the purchase.
If you cancel your entire order, we will refund all payments received from you, including any delivery charges. If you have chosen a form of delivery that is more expensive than the cheapest form of delivery that we offer, you will not be reimbursed for the extra cost. We will refund the amount without undue delay and in any case no later than 14 days from the date on which we received your notice of cancellation. However, we can withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or you have sent documentation that the goods have been returned. The amount is transferred when we have received the item back and checked that it complies with the rules for cancellation. The amount is refunded to the same means of payment that was used for the original transaction, or to another account if this is disclosed, and on the condition that a copy of the invoice is forwarded/presented.
You are only liable for a possible deterioration of the value of the goods, which is due to handling of the goods other than what is necessary to determine the nature of the goods, its characteristics and the way in which it functions. You must normally examine the item in the same way as you can, but you must not use it. If you have used it in a way that you are not allowed to, and we cannot sell it again, or cannot sell it at full price again, you must count on us to deduct the decrease in value from the amount you should get back. If the item no longer has a commercial value, we will not refund the purchase amount. You must return the item in the original packaging. You should also ensure that the item is securely wrapped when you return it.
Right of complaint
If you buy a product and there is a defect in it – for example a material or manufacturing defect – the rules of the Sales Act apply.
Defects in the product mean that you can either get the product repaired, exchanged, the money back or the price reduced, depending on the specific situation. This of course requires that the complaint is justified and that the deficiency has not arisen as a result of e.g. incorrect handling of the product. If the item must be returned to us as part of a complaint case, you can request a return label. If you do not use our return label, we will only refund the amount corresponding to our current shipping costs using a return label, if the complaint is justified. When we receive the product, you will receive an e-mail with confirmation that we have received the product for complaint processing and what the further process in connection with the complaint will be. Products that are returned to Luxdream must be accompanied by a receipt/invoice showing the date of purchase. If the receipt/invoice does not accompany the item, the complaint will only be processed when it has been delivered. Note! We do not receive packages sent by cash on delivery or similar. Remember that the item must always be sent back in proper packaging.

Delivery outside the EU
For orders paid and delivered outside the EU, the Danish VAT is deducted, but be aware that local customs and VAT may be charged in the country of delivery. We therefore recommend that you check local regulations before ordering.
